  1. At first add milk in the pan then let it boil when first boil come then add soak rice(soak them for 10 min before adding)
  2. Then after 10 to 15 min add coconut powder and coconut chunks and stir
  3. Then add crushed carrot and mix and let it cook
  4. Now add sugar, and elaichi after 10 min of adding carrots then let it cook on low flame..
  5. Now when it becomes thick after half an hour then add Kewra and further cook for 10 min..
  6. Beside this boil almonds and Peel them then add 1tbsp of desi ghee then add chop almonds and let them roster
  7. Then add them in prepared kheer then add it in a bowl and let it cool in refrigerator and serve…
