- Fry until the onions turns to golden brown.Now add capsicum, cabbage and carrots to it.
- Saute it with a pinch of salt and add mushrooms to it.
- Now quick stir all the vegetables for 1minute.
- Now take a pressure cooker and add 2tbsp oil to it.
- Add jeera seeds to it and let it crackle.
- Now add Red chilliy powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder to it.
- Mix it well then add all the vegetables to it.
- Saute it for 1minute so that the vegies absorbs the masala.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Now add the soaked rice into the vegetables along with one cup of water,and a tbsp of rose water/kevda jal.
- Give it 2-3whistles.
- Open the lid after sometime and garnish it with coriander leaves
