  2. On a meduim low flame uncovered grated carrot will cook in the milk and the milk start reduce and evaporated.
  3. Now cook on high flame and keep on strringin between when a milk evaporated.
  4. Now just add sugar and give it good mix keep stirring and continue cook on high flame.
  5. Add ghee khoya and mix well.Towards end add cardamon and dry nuts and give it good mix. Cover and put it on simmer for 2-4 min.Lazeez gajar halwa is ready to serve and eat.
