Steps to make Fusion pulao:
- Wash rice and keep aside.
- Take all veggies and blanch it.
- Heat the cooker add desi ghee, add chopped garlic, add black pepper corns and saute.
- Add all blanched veggies and saute then add rice saute, now add mix herbs and chilli flakes to it and saute, then add milk and water. Give 2 whistles.
- Let it cool add cheese. It tastes really awesome, kids love this. Serve with roasted papad and pickled raw mango and yogurt.
- You can skip yogurt if you want to.
