- First of all wash the carrots
- Cut these carrots into small pieces and put them into big fry Pan and boil them for 10 minutes. After boiling time mash them with the big table.
- Now add some baking soda and small part of alum in this mixture and then put half litre milk in into this mixture and start moving the mixture with big tablespoon till it becomes dry.
- Put 250 grams of khoya and cook this mixture for 10 minutes. Put some desi ghee into mixture. Mix it properly and keep this mixture to cool down for some time.
- Now put some sugar solution in this mixture and some Cashew and some cardamom in this mixture.
- Now it is ready put this mixture into a big square vessel in a square form and cut them into small pieces of square. You can use some cashew and dry dry fruits for its garnish.
