Desi pizza is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Desi pizza is something which I’ve loved my whole life.
To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have desi pizza using 15 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.
The ingredients needed to make Desi pizza:
- Take 1 cup Whole green moong
- Take 2-3 Green chilli
- Get 4-5 cloves Garlic
- Take 1 inch Ginger
- Take 5-6 Curreyleaves
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Make ready as needed Oil / butter (optional)
- Take 1 cup Finely chopped onion
- Make ready 1/2 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
- Take 1/2 cup Capsicum
- Take 1/2 cup Grated carrot
- Prepare as required Cheese cubes / Mozorella cheese
- Make ready as required Tomato sauce /ketchup
- Prepare 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- Take 1 tsp Chilli flakes

Steps to make Desi pizza:
- Soak moong in water for 5-6 hours. Then remove It's excess water and make a paste adding green chilli, Curreyleaves garlic, and ginger.
- Then make a medium batter (like dosa batter) adding salt in it.
- Heat a Tava or pan and spread a thick layer of a batter,let it sit completely (on slow flame) then spred layer of tomato sauce on it. (Or you can use pizza sauce also.) spricle veggies on it. Add butter/oil on sides of pan if you want.
- After 2-3 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle grated cheese on it again cover it. And cook on low flame till cheese melts and base become crispy.
- Now serve in plate, spricle mixed herbs and chilli flakes on it. Then cut pieces with pizza cutter and serve hot. Must try… Really delicious as well as healthy. Your kids going love it, for sure. 🙂
