Add desi ghee, milk, sugar, cardmum powder, nutmeg powder, mava/khoya, cooked carrot and stir the whole mixture till get thick lump type consistency on slow flame..let the mixture slightly cool down
- Mix sliced cashews and almond in rose petal jam
- Take gujiya mould, grease it with a bit of ghee and put the carrot samolina mixture into both sides of the mould..put a small quantity of rose petal jam&dryfruit mixture on it and close the mould bhi. Gently(don't press the mould too much otherwise the flair will be broken)..demould it..make all the sweet pieces with same process
