  10. Prepare 2 tbsp dessicated coconut for coating the ladoos

  1. Take a pan, heat ghee then add the grated carrot and saute till the raw smell of carrot leaves and it becomes soft, then add milk and mix it well till the milk gets absorbed by the carrot.
  2. Then add cottage cheese, milk powder and mix well then add sugar, Soaked sago and mix till the carrot mixture don't stick to the edges and comes to the center of the pan.
  3. Then add cardamom powder and dessicated coconut and mix it well and make ladoos.
  4. Then coat the ladoos with dessicated coconut.
  5. It is ready to serve.

Keep sauteing until it shrinks and raw smell leaves. Keep cooking in low flame until it turns into a sticky mass. Add remaining ghee and keep cooking until it forms a thick mixture. Switch off and let it warm for a while. Sabudana Or Sago Laddus/Ladoos / Sweetened Tapioca Pearl Balls.
