- Add the presoaked rice and add one and a half cup water..
- Add salt..red chilli powder and garam masala
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker..and give two whistles on a high flame and switch it off
- Let the pressure get released..
- Now add the tender veggies and stir it throughly.
